The schedule will be posted on the student notice board and emailed home to parents.

Exam subject for students

  • 7/8 - French, science, geography, spelling and reading comp.
  • 4-6 - science, geography, spelling and reading comprehension, French and math
  • 1-3 - social studies, spelling, reading comprehension and grammar, and French

Student will write papers after morning recess at 10:30am - until lunch time.

The following week corrections will be completed at school.

Report cards will be email home for parent to sign copy and return to school in week three of June.

Students in Grade 7-8 have their final date for May 31st, and those in Grades 1-3 May 23rd!

Huntley http://wellingtonhall.org/blog/?p=77 As you are aware I have been researching our options for providing a bus service for students traveling from Fergus to Wellington Hall.

At this point Elliott bus service is able to offer us a reasonable rate for both morning and afternoon runs.

The pick up time in Fergus would be 7:45 am and the departure time in the afternoon from school being around 4:20pm which works with our Study Hall period.

Huntley http://wellingtonhall.org/blog/?p=72 We are pleased to announce that beginning September 2012, students in the Grades 1-6 will have the opportunity to participate in the Forest School program.

The Forest School is an outdoor education experience in which students visit the same local woodland on a regular basis over an extended period of time.

Through forest play, young people develop problem-solving skills, the ability to interact effectively with others, and knowledge across subject disciplines.

The ethos of Forest School allows learners the time and space to develop their interests, skills, and understanding through practical, hands-on experiences. At Forest School, young people have the freedom to explore, play, build, create, imagine, and use their senses to experience the woodland environment and to engage with one another.
